Our in-house design team uses advanced 3D modeling and simulation tools to develop and refine each component for strength, fit and performance. Prototypes are field tested and refined until they meet our standards or durability and ease of use before moving to full scale production.

Each component of a Bruns gravity box is precision-cut and formed using advanced CNC equipment. Our high-powered fiber lasers ensure clean, accurate cuts on every part, while our press brakes and forming systems deliver consistent bends and precise fits. We maintain tight quality control and ensure a perfect foundation for assembly. From sheet steel to finished parts, we take pride in the accuracy, consistency, and durability built into every component we produce.

 All Bruns Gravity Boxes are welded in-house by experienced fabricators using precise MIG welding techniques. Keeping the welding process under one roof allows us to maintain full control over quality, fit, and consistency. Each weld is executed for optimal strength and appearance, ensuring every box meets the same high standards that define Bruns products. 

 Each Bruns Gravity Box is shot-blasted to ensure a clean, uniform surface before powder coating. This process removes mill scale, rust, and impurities, creating the ideal surface profile for long-lasting coating adhesion. We guarantee consistent surface quality, improved coating durability, and a professional finish that stands up to years of use in the field. 

 Our gravity boxes are finished with a premium powder coated finish for maximum durability and corrosion resistance. After shot blasting, every component is cleaned and prepped before an electrostatically applied powder is oven-cured to a smooth, uniform finish. The result is a long-lasting protective coating that resists rust, chips, and fading, ensuring your equipment maintains its appearance and performance for years to come.
